Discovery Counseling
offers a wide
range of services. My focus is on Individual and Group therapy although
the more support an individual can get the better so we are always open to
referring clients for other service. I believe in a TEAM approach and
often ask that clients see other professionals for "wrap around" care. For
example, based on your expressed needs for support I might recommend that you
see a nutritionist, massage therapist, nutritionist, personal trainer, medical
doctor, dentist... Please review the service descriptions and you can

- Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a collaborative process. The client
presents their reasons for coming to therapy so that the client and
counselor can embark on a journey of discovery together in hope of healing.
- Group Therapy

Group therapy is a supportive and extremely effective means of
counseling. Group therapy is different than a support group like
alcoholics anonymous because it is facilitated by a trained therapist.
With the direction of the therapist, members of a group work together
and help one another through the process of self-discovery and healing.
- Family & Couples Counseling

Your family, your partner, and/or various loved ones play an
important role in the counseling process. Family counseling and/or
couples counseling with me is usually an extension of your individual
work. Often clients will get to a point in their work when family or
loved ones can be included in the process of discovery and/or change.

- Speaking & Teaching

Many professionals provide
counseling everyday and don't realize it. From nurses to real estate
agents we help and support people in their challenges and life decisions.
